Rates
- $200.00 Night
- Cleaning fee $125.00 per stay, including short stays.
- Extra Guest fee is $50.00 per person, per night, for more than 4 guests.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property. There is a $250.00 additional cleaning charge and potential eviction.
House Rules
- No smoking - Smoking outdoors is acceptable
- No pets
- No parties or events
- Do not flush toilet paper
- No candles. Instead, we provide flameless, battery-operated candles for your enjoyment.
- No loud gathering after 10:30pm.
- Make sure to turn off outdoor lights if not in use.
- Please respect the space & keep it clean.
Additional Information
- Pet lives on property - We have a friendly Golden Retriever, his name is Zerati, and he is one year old.
- Security camera/recording device for your protection - A security camera is installed in front of the main house by garage door.
- No parking on property - free and easy street parking.
